From the Pool area there are magnificent views over a lovely valley to the sea and from the front of the grounds breathtaking views to the sea and mountains. Although enjoyingremarkable panoramic views it is incredibly private. There is a super games area with quality Pool and Ping Pong tables.
It's great for the kids and the more energetic and is the ideal retreat for total peace and relaxation whilst being near to just about........everything. It was originally built by a local dignitaries father who chose this exact spot as it enjoys such a special location.
Within a short distance there are fantastic beaches, Algarve shopping centre with shops restaurants/bowling alley etc. Also Zoo marine with Dolphin shows. 4D cinema and much more.

A lovely Villa plus cottage in a wonderful location.
A simply unbeatable Villa holiday. The premier location by far! There are breathtaking views over a lovely valley and to the sea. Situated opposite Sir Cliff Richards Villa and Vida Nova Vineyards. There are also far reaching views from the front gate to the mountains and Sea.
The large beautiful swimming pool and games area are for the private use of our guests. If booking the Villa, Quinta Bella Vista only Pinetree Cottage will not be booked separately ensuring your privacy. If booking Pinetree Cottage Quinta Bella Vista may be occupied from time to time by ourselves but the Pool and Games areas are lightly used and it is highly likely that you will have the all the outside facilities to yourself most of the time. Please compare the Cottage price to those with private facilities. You will note that none will enjoy such a superiour location but at around half the price represents outstanding value for money!
We are friendly but respect our guests privacy, although you are always welcome to have a drink with us if you wish. Everybody who has holidayed here have all had a wonderful time and that, for us, makes it all worth while. So if you are the sort of person who wishes to be surrounded by beautiful views, perhaps with a glass of wine or beer and appreciate beautiful sunsets then this is for you. There may be last minute Villa and Cottage availability.
